No, but at our Ukhimath Camp and Hotel have good networks where our guests enjoy the stay without any Signal interruption. We have kept it that way

WILL GET ELECTRICITY IN UKHIMATH?

Yes , Also we have 24 Hours power backup arrangement at our Camp and Hotel

ABOUT WATER FACILITY IN CAMPS?

We have Geyser facility in our Camp and Hotel Rooms .

CAN I BOOK 2 TOURS AT THE SAME TIME ?

Yes you can book any number of tours at same time

MANDATORY INFORMATION TO CARRY ALONG DURING YOUR VISIT

Please provide Govt. Approved Photo Identity Card of All Adult person at the time of check in & check-out time is 12 noon.

• Guest are requested to switched off the light when you are out of the Room.

• Please do not leave valuable items in your room. Hotel will not be held responsible for any lost items.

• kindly throw your waste items in the dustbin located around the Hotel

• The water is precious please do not waste, water washing is not allowed in the washroom.

• Please treat hotel staff politely & consider privacy and safety in your mind.

• Do not use polybags and other environmental hazards items.

• Please be considerate of other guests, avoid making noises that may disturb other guests.

SMOKING FREE ROOMS

We not allowed Eating, Drinking and Smoking inside the Camp and Hotel room as we have Some free accomodation. But Guest may Eat, Drink and smoke in a dedicated area in the premisses.

REFUND POLICY

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 12 business days.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 30 days or more: 90% refund of total amount
• 15 to 30 days: 50% refund of total amount
• Less than 15 days: No refund
• No refund in case of road block, accident etc..
